NCL KID’S CREW OFFERS FREE GIFTS FOR CHILDREN

Searching for a family holiday that guarantees to be hassle-free and will keep kids of all ages entertained with a host of impressive and state of the art facilities? NCL has expanded its Kid’s Crew programme onboard to include FREE fun-filled backpack as well as UNLIMITED soft drinks throughout their cruise. The gift pack includes sunglasses, baseball hat, T-shirt and a personalised souvenir cup.

Activities available onboard for children of all ages include story telling and magic shows for Junior Sailors (ages 2-5), treasure hunts and poolside parties for First Mates (ages 6-8), video games and camp outs with torches and tents for Navigators (ages 9-12), and theme parties or evenings including onboard Norwegian Dawn, a nightclub just for teenagers complete with a video wall and DJ for teenagers aged 13-17. Kid’s Crew activities operate on all of NCL’s ships.

All children taking part in any Kid’s Crew programme are carefully supervised by professionals and the onboard events during days at sea are completely free, with sessions running until 10pm at night.

In addition to the various supervised clubs and activities for children between the ages of 2 and 17, Norwegian Dawn and Norwegian Star have a dedicated cinema for children, ‘Flicks’ and a ‘Clicks’ computer learning centre. The T-Rex children’s zone on each ship is fully supervised and features a jungle gym and playroom.

NCL’s innovative concept of Freestyle Cruising creates a relaxed holiday environment for all of the family. There are up to 10 different restaurants onboard with no assigned tables or seatings. Special menus cater for children and Kid’s Crew members can dine together in their own special area together with their friends, or if they wish, rejoin their parents.

NCL cruises are available from £699 per person for a 9-night fly-cruise to the Western Caribbean departing on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th November and 5th and 12th December 2003, embarking in Houston and calling at Cozumel, Roatan, Belize City and Cancun. The price includes all meals and entertainment aboard ship and child prices start from just £399 (based on a child sharing an inside stateroom with two adults). The free backpack offer applies to cruises booked before May 31st 2003.
