NEW APPOINTMENT AT NCL

London 4 July 2005: NCL Corporation (NCL) today announced the promotion of Nick Wilkinson to the position of Head of Sales for Norwegian Cruise Line and Orient Lines beginning 4th July 2005.

Wilkinson replaces Francis Riley who has recently been promoted to General Manager NCL UK.

Wilkinson will be in charge of the sales throughout the UK, Ireland, & GSA for Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand and will be responsible for increasing the levels of sales in these markets. He will be reporting directly to Francis Riley. “I am delighted that Nick has accepted this position within the company,” commented Riley. “I have worked with Nick for a number of years and have complete confidence that he will continue to be a valuable member of the team and that we will see sales in the UK increasing as a result of his leadership and commitment to the position.”

Wilkinson joined NCL in September 2002 as Regional Sales Manager following a career in Travel and Hotel Management. In February 2004 he took on the responsibility of the newly created role of National Sales Manager UK & Ireland.

Wilkinson will have various managers reporting directly to him, including Ingrid Aagesen (International Sales & Marketing Manager), Geraldine Noon (Manager Corporate & Charter Sales) and Suki Jagdeo (Team Leader Agency Sales Support).

Wilkinson commented, “2005 is an exciting year for NCL and I am looking forward to working with this team as I believe we have one of the strongest Sales and Marketing departments in the industry. I have worked with Francis Riley for a number of years and hope to continue NCL's current growth in the UK market”
