NCL Offers Freestyle Cruising Direct from Manchester

Fly from Manchester to Join Cruises in Venice and Barcelona

London, 27 October 2009…NCL Freestyle Cruising is giving guests the chance to fly from Manchester direct
to Barcelona and the world’s most popular port* of Venice.

Thanks to a partnership with regional airline Jet2.com passengers in and around Manchester can now travel from the comfort of their local airport, with no regional supplement, to experience Freestyle Cruising from Venice where they can join Norwegian Gem’s new seven-night ‘Venice and the Greek Isles ’ or ‘Venice and the Aegean Sea’ sailings which depart from April 2010. The two sailings alternate and can be combined to create a back-to-back 14-night holiday.

Guests flying from Manchester can also head to Barcelona to travel on Norwegian Jade’s sevennight ‘Mediterranean Treasures’ sailings throughout the peak summer holiday season from May to September 2010. Passengers can explore a variety of exciting ports from the lavish Monte Carlo and the elegant Majorcan capital of Palma to the ancient city of Pompeii. With a wide range of shore excursions guests can enjoy port side activities that are just as Freestyle as their on board experiences.
